PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (these “Terms”) CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS ARE A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND DETAIL ON DEMAND LLC.

1. Parties; acceptance

1.1 These Terms are between Detail On Demand LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, Arizona Corporation Commission entity / file number 25036356 (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the person or entity that accesses https://detailondemand.co (the “Site”), creates an account (“Garage”), authorizes a payment method, books or receives service, or otherwise uses Company’s services (collectively, “you” or “Customer”).

1.2 The Refresh is a service brand of Company. The Refresh is not a separate legal entity. Contracts, payments, invoices, claims, and property relationships are solely with Detail On Demand LLC.

1.3 By accessing the Site, creating a Garage, authorizing a payment method, booking a Visit, or accepting service, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have capacity to bind yourself, and you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Services.

1.4 If you act for a property owner, manager, association, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization only to a vendor or access instrument that organization separately executes with Company. These Terms do not, by themselves, make Company an amenity of any building and do not constitute a vendor agreement with any property.

3. Definitions

“Services” means scheduled exterior-only vehicle care performed by Company under the name The Refresh, together with related scheduling, payment, messaging, and recordkeeping on the Site.

“Authorized Property” means a multifamily, HOA, or similar site that Company has inspected, determined to be serviceable, and activated in Company’s records after written authorization from that site’s authorized representative. Company operates there as an authorized vendor. Company is not a building amenity and does not promise to serve every resident or every stall.

“Property Code” means the community identifier Company issues for resident scheduling at an Authorized Property. The code is for Schedule and QR access only. It does not open the vendor board.

“Visit” means one scheduled performance of the Services as to a designated vehicle during an available Window.

“Window” means the hours Company has turned on for that Authorized Property or, for a private address, the days and hours Company has opened for that neighborhood.

4. Scope of services

4.1 Services are limited to the exterior of the vehicle. Company will not accept keys, will not enter the passenger compartment, and will not move, drive, or relocate the vehicle.

4.2 The standard method is a touchless exterior Refresh using deionized process water carried on Company’s service unit, followed by forced-air drying. Towel drying is not the standard method. Company does not represent that every surface will be contact-free in every condition.

4.3 Every Visit under every plan is a full exterior Refresh. Company may decline a Visit for a vehicle that is too soiled to be safely refreshed by the touchless method; Section 5.5 then applies.

4.4 Results vary with vehicle age, paint condition, prior damage, wraps, coatings, contamination, and weather. Company does not warrant removal of existing defects, oxidation, etching, water spots, scratches, swirl, or prior contamination.

4.5 At Authorized Properties, the initial program is limited to passenger cars unless Company states otherwise in a writing specific to that vehicle or that property. Sport-utility vehicles, trucks, and oversized vehicles are serviced at the SUV/Truck and XL prices listed in Section 5.1.

4.6 Company does not use the property’s potable water or electrical service. The service unit is self-contained. Company does not use a gas generator on the lot.

4.7 Company does not guarantee that every resident of an Authorized Property can be accommodated. Capacity is the Window and the seats Company opens.

4.8 Aftermarket wraps, poorly adhered film, loose trim, aftermarket lighting, and neglected coatings are Customer’s risk. Company may decline the vehicle rather than service it.

5. Plans; prices; payment

5.1 Unless a later posted schedule on the Site controls, prices for residents and private-residence customers are:

  • (a) Single Refresh — one full Visit: Car US $75.00; SUV/Truck US $85.00; XL US $99.00; booked only into capacity remaining after enrolled plan vehicles;
  • (b) Every Other Week — two (2) full Visits per month on an every-other-week rhythm, billed monthly: Car US $99.00; SUV/Truck US $119.00; XL US $139.00;
  • (c) Weekly — four (4) full Visits per month, one each week, billed monthly: Car US $149.00; SUV/Truck US $179.00; XL US $209.00.

Vehicle size is set by the vehicle saved in the Garage: Car; SUV/Truck; or XL (three-row and full-size SUVs, minivans, and full-size vans). If the vehicle presented does not match the size on the plan, Company may correct the size to the published price for that vehicle, effective the next billing cycle, after notice to Customer.

5.2 The price published on the Site on the date you pay controls over older marketing and over prior terms. Company will provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice by email before a price change takes effect. Customer may cancel before the new price takes effect.

5.3 Payment is due through Company’s payment processor before a vehicle is placed on a service roster, unless Company has placed that Property Code on a written pilot bypass. Company does not store complete payment-card account numbers. A waitlist reservation does not require payment and does not create a Visit.

5.4 Failed, reversed, or disputed payment authorizes Company to remove the vehicle from the roster and to suspend the plan.

5.5 Except as required by law, fees paid for a missed Visit are not refundable where the vehicle was absent, blocked, inaccessible, too soiled for a touchless Refresh, or otherwise not ready during the published Window. Company has no obligation to provide a substitute Visit in those circumstances.

5.6 Tire dressing is included by default and may be declined at booking. Window glass on the exterior is part of the standard Visit.

5.7 Taxes, if applicable, are added as required. Company does not collect a property kickback and does not invoice the property unless a separate writing says so.

5.8 If the Authorized Property where Customer’s vehicle is enrolled terminates Company’s authorization, revokes or restricts lot access, or otherwise ceases to be an Authorized Property, the Window at that property ends when access ends. Company will not perform further Visits there. Except as required by law, fees already paid for that billing cycle or for unfinished Visits at that property are not refundable and do not convert into a credit, a makeup Visit, or a window at a different property. Company will notify Customer as soon as reasonably practicable by the email on the Garage and, if Customer has opted in, by SMS. A property-side access loss is not a breach of these Terms by Company. Customer may cancel the plan, enroll at another Authorized Property if one exists, or, if eligible, book leftover private-residence capacity. A reduced Window (fewer hours or fewer days) is treated the same as a full loss to the extent those seats can no longer be run.

5.9 Automatic renewal. Every Other Week and Weekly are monthly plans. Your payment method is charged the plan price when the plan starts and again on the same calendar day each month. Each plan renews automatically every month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time in the Garage or by email to Sean@detailondemand.co. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge. Your plan stays active through the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for, and Visits remaining in that cycle are still performed. Except as required by law or as stated elsewhere in these Terms, partial billing cycles are not refunded.

6. Scheduling; hold; lanes

6.1 Service days and Windows exist only as activated by Company. A service day is not, by itself, a weekly product.

6.2 At an Authorized Property, Customer schedules using the Property Code or an equivalent Company-issued link or QR. Absence of a valid Property Code is not cured by typing a street address.

6.3 Private residences and HOA households without a Property Code book by the address path Company provides, into the days and hours Company has opened for their neighborhood.

6.4 Company does not provide a self-service “pause” or “skip.” A Hold, if granted, is limited to one (1) billing cycle, not more than once in any rolling six (6) month period, and is granted by Company, not by automated election in the Garage. The payment method remains on file during a Hold.

6.5 Company may refuse, delay, or cancel a Visit for weather, unsafe conditions, equipment failure, lack of access, a blocked neighboring stall that cannot be cleared in a reasonable time, or incompatibility with Section 8.

6.6 Company does not perform Services during active rainfall. A Visit so affected may be moved to a subsequent available Window. No weather credit or makeup Visit is owed.

6.7 Creating a Garage requires a vehicle. A Garage may contain more than one vehicle. Each vehicle may be on a different plan.

7. Customer obligations

Customer shall: (a) provide accurate identity, vehicle, stall, and contact information; (b) ensure the designated vehicle is lawfully parked and accessible in the designated stall or driveway during the Window; (c) possess whatever permission the property requires for the vehicle to occupy that stall or driveway; (d) disclose known conditions that materially affect exterior service, including wraps, fresh paint, and known leaks; and (e) inspect the after-photo and the vehicle promptly after the Visit. Customer shall not treat Company’s mobile number as a booking desk. Bookings are made on the Site.

8. Water; environmental operation

8.1 Company will not discharge wash water to a storm drain, gutter, retention or detention basin, drywell, or public right-of-way.

8.2 Before a first Visit, Company checks each driveway or stall for runoff. Process water must stay on the vehicle and the paved surface beneath it and must not run off toward any feature listed in Section 8.1. Where water could reach such a feature, Company recovers it into onboard containment and disposes of it off-property at a sanitary connection Company is authorized to use. A driveway or stall that fails Company's no-runoff check is declined.

8.3 If Company cannot perform the Services at a stall or property without creating a discharge Company deems prohibited, Company shall decline that stall or property.

8.4 Section 8 is Company’s operating procedure only. It is not a permit, waiver, license, stormwater plan, or determination by any city, county, or state authority. It is not a representation that any authority has reviewed Customer, any vehicle, or any named property. Company does not indemnify any property against citations, notices, fines, or enforcement.

9. Property relationships

9.1 A request for a compatibility audit, access to a partner page, receipt of cards, or delivery of a brochure is not authorization to operate and is not a vendor contract.

9.2 Company will not perform a first Visit on a property until (a) an authorized representative of the property has given written authorization in the form Company requires; (b) certificates of insurance naming additional insureds, where required by that authorization, have been issued by Company’s agent; and (c) Company has activated the property in its records. The Site does not issue certificates of insurance.

9.3 Unless the property executes a separate written vendor agreement with Company, the property is not Company’s customer and is not invoiced. Residents and private customers contract with Company directly.

9.4 Nothing on the Site listing a sample roster, sample community name, demonstration dashboard, or “Pilot Access” card is a representation that such community is a current paying client or that Company will serve every unit at that community.

9.5 A management PIN authenticates the vendor board for that property only. A Property Code authenticates resident scheduling only. Those credentials are not interchangeable.

9.6 Company does not promise a second operator. If Company cannot run a Window, that Window is dark. That fact is not a breach of any implied coverage obligation to the property or to other residents.

9.7 At an Authorized Property, the property desk can view, for that property only, enrolled vehicles, stalls, windows, job status, and completion photos. That access is described in the Privacy Policy. It is not a right to change billing or to view another property’s records.

10. Photographs; records

10.1 Company may photograph the vehicle before service for its file and after service for delivery to Customer. The before-photo is Company’s record. The after-photo is Customer’s record of the completed Visit.

10.2 Company does not post, publish, or share photographs of Customer, Customer's vehicle, home, or property on social media or in advertising. Photographs are used only to document and deliver the Visit, and as described in Sections 9.7 and 12.

10.3 Photographs, Garage logs, and messaging logs are evidence of condition and of notice. A condition visible in the before-photo is presumed pre-existing. A condition that does not appear in the after-photo, and that is not timely noticed under Section 12.3, is presumed not caused by that Visit. Either presumption may be rebutted by contrary proof.

11. Communications

Transactional notices may be sent by email and, if Customer has opted in, by short-message service. The SMS consent instrument is published at https://detailondemand.co/consent and is incorporated by reference. Consent to SMS is not a condition of creating a Garage or of making a purchase. Company cannot deliver ordinary Visit notices without a reachable number. Reply STOP to withdraw SMS consent. Company does not book Visits off incoming text except to point Customer back to the Site.

12. Damage; insurance; how the pieces work together

12.1 Pre-existing damage, wear, defects, and contamination are Customer’s. Company is not liable for such conditions.

12.2 If Company causes physical damage to a Customer vehicle in the course of a Visit, Company will address the direct cost to repair that physical damage, in good faith, by one or more of the following, as Company elects: (a) a third-party appraisal; (b) settlement by payment; and (c) submission of a claim under Company’s insurance. Customer shall reasonably cooperate with appraisal and with Company’s insurer. Where Company or its insurer pays that repair cost, Company waives subrogation against Customer and, as to that settlement only, against the property to the extent stated on the then-current certificate and vendor materials. A waiver of subrogation is not an indemnity to the property and is not extra coverage for the property.

12.3 Customer shall give written notice of claimed Visit-caused damage to Sean@detailondemand.co as soon as practicable, and in any event within forty-eight (48) hours after the earlier of (a) delivery of the after-photo or (b) the end of the Window. The notice shall identify the vehicle, the stall, the date, and the claimed condition. Untimely notice may bar or reduce the claim to the maximum extent Arizona law allows. Untimely notice does not bar a claim that Company already documented, or a claim Arizona law will not permit to be limited by notice.

12.4 THESE TERMS DO NOT CREATE “ZERO LIABILITY,” AN INDEMNITY RUNNING TO ANY PROPERTY, OR AN INSURANCE POLICY FOR CUSTOMER. Marketing statements on the Site that conflict with this Section 12 are not contractual. Published policy limits are not a promise that a particular claim will be paid. Coverage is decided by the insurer and the policy.

12.5 These Terms do not limit Company’s liability for physical damage Company causes to a Customer vehicle to the amount paid for that Visit or for that plan. There is no contractual cap equal to the service fee. The direct cost to repair physical damage Company causes is addressed under Section 12.2, not reduced to the price of the Visit.

12.6 Section 12.5 does not open the door to every other kind of damage. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY ARIZONA LAW, COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR LOST-PROFITS DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST WAGES, RENTAL-CAR COST BEYOND WHAT AN INSURER ACTUALLY PAYS, DIMINUTION IN VALUE UNRELATED TO PHYSICAL REPAIR, OR LOSS OF USE BEYOND THE DIRECT COST TO REPAIR PHYSICAL DAMAGE COMPANY CAUSES.

12.7 Nothing in this Section 12 limits liability that Arizona law does not allow to be limited, including Company’s gross negligence or willful misconduct, or death or personal injury to the extent such a limit is unenforceable.

13. Indemnity

Customer shall indemnify Company and its members, managers, and personnel against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable attorneys’ fees to the extent caused by (a) Customer’s material breach of these Terms; (b) inaccurate information Customer supplied; or (c) Customer’s lack of authority to request service at the designated stall or property. This indemnity does not apply to the extent the claim is caused by Company’s negligence or willful misconduct. This indemnity does not require Customer to indemnify Company for physical damage Company causes to Customer’s own vehicle. If a court holds this indemnity unenforceable against a consumer, it is severed and the rest of these Terms continue.

14. Intellectual property; third parties

The Site, marks, and content are owned by Company or its licensors. Payment, messaging, and hosting providers are independent contractors. Company is not responsible for interruption of those providers’ systems.

15. Disclaimer

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS, THE SITE AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

16. Term; termination

Customer may terminate a paid plan in accordance with the cancellation controls then available in the Garage or by notice to the email in Section 2. Cancellation takes effect as described in Section 5.9. Company may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, abuse, unsafe conditions, or material breach. The property may also end or restrict Company’s access under the separate Property Authorization. When that happens, Section 5.8 controls: the Window ends, unfinished Visits and the open billing cycle are not refunded except as required by law, and Company is not in breach. Sections 5.8, 8.4, 10, 12, 13, 15, 17, and 18 survive termination.

17. Governing law; venue; individual claims

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, except as a separately executed vendor agreement may provide for a particular property relationship. Customer agrees to bring claims arising out of the Services in an individual capacity only. To the extent Arizona law permits, Customer waives participation in a class, collective, or representative action against Company arising out of the Services. If that waiver is held unenforceable, the claim still proceeds individually in Maricopa County and the waiver is severed. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if the claim qualifies.

18. Miscellaneous

18.1 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the SMS consent page, and any separately signed vendor agreement or property authorization, constitute the entire agreement between you and Company as to the subject matter hereof and supersede prior statements on the same subject, including Revision D dated September 28, 2026, Revisions A–C dated September 27, 2026 and the September 21, 2026 and July 9, 2026 terms.

18.2 If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. Customer may not assign these Terms without Company’s written consent. Company may assign to a successor of its business.

18.3 Company may amend these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms as to Site use. A change that reduces Customer’s rights under a paid plan already in force does not apply to that plan until the next billing cycle, unless a statute requires a different result or Customer agrees in writing.

18.4 Headings are for convenience only.

18.5 Force majeure. Company is not in breach for delay or non-performance caused by weather, utility failure, government action, illness of the sole operator, equipment failure that cannot be reasonably substituted the same morning, or other events beyond Company’s reasonable control. The Window simply does not run.
