SMS Consent
This page is the SMS consent instrument for Detail On Demand LLC (“Company”). It is separate from the Privacy Policy. Program name: The Refresh / Detail On Demand transactional texts.
1. Who texts you
Detail On Demand LLC, 17629 N 17th Lane, Phoenix, Arizona 85023. Sender numbers may include (877) 320-7857 and other numbers Company publishes. Replies to a Company number are received by Company.
2. What you agree to
By providing a mobile number and accepting SMS at Garage create, login, or checkout, you consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from Company about your Garage, including: verification and login codes; booking, reminder, on-site, complete, and after-photo notices; Hold and waitlist status; payment-failed notices; and operational cancellations (weather, access, equipment). Program: The Refresh account notifications. Opt-in happens only by checking the SMS box; logging in does not by itself create consent.
Message frequency varies. Typical volume for an active plan is a small number of texts per Visit, plus login codes when you request them.
3. What these texts are not
Company does not use this consent to send third-party marketing. Company does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for those parties’ own marketing. Company does not buy phone lists to text. Company does not book a Visit solely from an incoming text; incoming texts are not a substitute for the Site scheduler.
4. Cost; stop; help
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to withdraw consent. Reply HELP for help. You may also email Sean@detailondemand.co or call (602) 448-2341.
After STOP, Company will send a single confirmation and will not send further program texts unless you opt in again. Login and service notices that require a reachable number will not be delivered by SMS until you opt in or we can reach you another way.
5. Not required to create a Garage
Consent to SMS is not a condition of creating a Garage or of making a purchase. Company cannot deliver ordinary Visit notices by text without a reachable opted-in number.
6. Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported U.S. carriers include those reachable through Company’s messaging provider.
7. Changes
Company may revise this instrument by posting a new version with a new effective date. Questions: Sean@detailondemand.co.
